Privacy Policy
Effective October 2026
The Coastal Empire Region of the Porsche Club of America (CERPCA) is a volunteer-run club. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us:
- Forms. Your name, email address, and anything else you enter when you contact us, ask about membership or sponsorship, or share photos.
- Event sign-ups. Your name and email address when you RSVP or buy a ticket, and the details of your order.
- Waivers. If an event requires a waiver, your name, contact details, an emergency contact and your signature.
- Photos. Any photos you upload to share with the club.
Like most websites, our server also records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
Payments
Card payments for event tickets are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your message, manage event registration, keep a record of signed waivers, and run the club. Your message or registration is passed to the board member or event host who handles it.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form on this site.
Cookies and other services
This site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, for example to remember what is in your ticket order. Some pages include content from other services, such as YouTube videos and Google Maps, which may set their own cookies. Links to other websites, including the Porsche Club of America, are covered by those sites’ own privacy policies.
PCA membership records
Your Porsche Club of America membership is managed by PCA National at pca.org, under PCA’s own privacy policy. We do not manage membership accounts on this website.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Use the Contact Us page and we will take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
